Site Update and Proposal Template

Here is some work I did last month for EnormousPi, a small site style update I plan on implementing soon. I like this, it's a subtle addition but I think it really adds to the cohesiveness of the site. The top header, I'm changing to a banner so it stretches from the background into the foreground and a small change to the send button at the bottom.

Then also here is my Proposal Template I created early last month and I've been using it to send out site ideas to businesses
